Heinz Nabielek, Ph.D.

Dr. Nabielek has been working in the field of high temperature ceramics for 38 years. He has extensive experience in design, experimental evaluation and development of mathematical models of operational performance of ceramic materials. For nearly three-quarters of his professional career, Dr. Nabielek managed research programs at Germany's renowned Juelich Research Center, where he currently continues in a consulting capacity in the Fuel Cell Project. Dr. Nabielek's professional activities have taken him to many places in the world, including Austria, Australia, the United Kingdom, Germany, USA, Japan, Brazil and China. One of the highlights of his international engagement was the role of an Operating Agent in the International Energy Agency's program on SOFCs in the nineties, where he directed successfully the cooperation of a dozen countries for six years. Dr. Nabielek has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications and is a frequent speaker at international seminars and conferences.
