Zachary Rosen – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Rosen is a finance and audit professional with over 15 years of international experience.  As a Senior Manager for High Street Partners, he was responsible for relationship management and advising clients on international expansion plans throughout Europe and Asia.   Mr. Rosen has supervised multi-million dollar projects in Europe, Africa and Asia as a Field Accountant for Chemonics International.  He has also designed business processes, evaluated procedures and advised on internal financial controls for the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), the largest source of mortgage financing in the United States. Mr. Rosen is also the co-founder of the Soosid Supermarkets chain in Ukraine, as well as several other start-up businesses.  Mr. Rosen has undergraduate degrees in Political Science, Russian and East European studies from Indiana University – Bloomington.  He also holds dual M.I.M. / M.B.A. degrees from Thunderbird — The Garvin School of International Management and The Weatherhead School of Management, Case Western Reserve University.  Mr. Rosen is a Certified Internal Auditor and member of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA).  He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.  He has worked and lived in several Eastern European countries.  Mr. Rosen speaks fluent Russian and Czech.
